As a coach, I get the awesome opportunity to hear people’s deepest thoughts and desires.

I get to understand people at a level that few will ever know or see.

I get to see people at their weakest and their strongest.

What have I learned from this?

In the end, nearly every choice we make comes down to cost.

Is what we want worth the cost of doing the things necessary to get it?

Is making more money worth the cost of not spending that time with your children or spouse?

Is a six pack worth the cost of not freely enjoying food and drink with your friends?

Is being financialy ready for retirement worth the cost of fewer vacations and extracurricular spending?

There is no “right” answer to these questions.

The only person that can answer them is you and you can only answer them with the knowledge and experience you currently have.

In fact, you likely have already answered it without knowing it based on your current habits, actions, and behaviors.

Thus, if you’re unhappy with where you are maybe it’s time to reassess your cost to benefit ratio and “spend” more to get your desired result.

If you do not want to “spend” more, great, you can be confident in your choice and your current position in life.

No more fretting over it!

How freeing is that?!
