The control group is the standard to which the experimental groups are compared.
Before you start making any changes to your life figure out what your standard or control is.
Create a solid control before experimenting.
When I work with private clients I get them on a consistent nutrition and exercise plan.
This serves as the base and control.
Everything we do going forward is from this control.
Without the control it’s difficult to determine the cause of the changes and what if anything is changing.
How to Create a Nutrition Control
– Choose a nutrition plan that you can stick with for one month.
– Choose 3 to 5 meals that you can eat repetitively for one month.
– Follow it without variation for one month.
Now you have a control by which to compare your future food choices.
