Is a 15 Minute Workout Enough to Build Muscle?

However, make sure that your main way to work out is closer to 3 times per week at 45 minutes per session. It can be healthy, of course, to do some short burst workout sessions throughout the day. This is especially true if you are working at a desk. If you have one of those office style jobs, then you need to make sure that you do some brief push up sessions as many times as you can fit into your schedule.
Add some brief workout sessions in addition to your weekly 3 sessions of working out on a proven program, and you will increase your results easily that way. Do some brief jumping jacks as much as you can. You could also do some push ups periodically throughout your work day in order to stay flexible and build up some extra strength.
Can a 15 Minute Workout Be Effective?
Working out 15 minutes a day results in you seeing some progress for sure. However, while you will get more results from working out for 15 minutes, it is not as effective as working out for 45 minutes 3 times per week in a group exercise program run by a professional trainer. There are many workout for programs for beginners at home that you can try for 15 minutes a day if you would like to do that.
Keep in mind that a 20 minutes of exercise a day benefits you more than 15 minutes of exercise per day. However, working out in a group training session with a personal trainer for 2 hours per week would benefit you even more. Consistency is key when it comes to working out. However, you don’t always have to work out every day. There are actually some dangers of overworking out in some cases. The dangers of over working out can be even greater if you are dealing with any kind physical injury at this time.
You are more than welcome to try and build your own 15 minute per day workout program that you can do at home in order to help yourself to reach your own personal health and fitness goals. However, it is more effective, and this has been proven, for most people to use group training sessions at least 3 times per week that are professionally designed and run by a professional trainer at this time.
