You have nailed it.

You have scaled it

Now you can sail it!

Take that beautiful boat of yours on open water.  As anybody who has sailed a boat knows it is not all fun and games.  

Accountability and Responsibility
Somebody has to steer the ship, somebody has to fix the things that break, and somebody has to navigate.  In the Sail It phase you will be enjoying the fruits of your labor, but there’s still work to be done.  Set up the proper systems and metrics to ensure that everything is on track and stays in working order.

Enjoy and Breath
Take a minute to appreciate what you have accomplished and how it has impacted your life.  As the saying goes “stop and smell the roses”.  Take a respite to enjoy your new ship and where it will take you before jumping into building your next one.
