Thousands of people have trained with me over the years, and there is one thing in common with the successful ones.
Any guesses?
You may say “hard work,” and although some of them work hard, this is not always the case. Hard work rarely results in the desired outcome if it is the wrong type of work or not done for the required time.
You may say “doing the right things,” and although this is a part of it, I have seen some people get results without doing the exact right thing. Besides, doing the “right thing” is often arbitrary and relative to that person.
Other guesses?
I’ll cut to the chase. The one common denominator in every single person I have seen be successful in any venture health, wealth, business, or otherwise is CONSISTENCY. They show up over and over and over again. They just don’t stop showing up.
Without showing up consistently, they would never get enough repetitions to figure out the right way of doing something. When you show up consistently and relentlessly, something magic happens. The power of time and repetition goes to work, similar to how compounding interest works. You put in a small amount of money over time that compound to large amounts of money. The more consistent you are, the more money you will end up with.
Whatever it is that you want to accomplish determines what you can and, more importantly, WILL do consistently until the job is complete without interruption.

Then, do that thing you said you would do consistently and relentlessly until the job is done.
Simple? Yes.
Easy? I don’t know, you tell me. (It should be if set up correctly)
Doable? Without a doubt.
