Most of the things we want to accomplish in life are not complex.
Saving money and staying fit are accomplished by repeatedly doing a handful of simple actions.
If these things are so simple why do more than half of Americans have less than $1000 in savings and are overweight?
Their mentality is a large part of it.
Have you ever caught yourself saying…
“I will start on Monday.”
“This is the last time.”
“I deserve this.”
Look, we have all said these things and yet that is no excuse.
You must “sacrifice” in the short term to prosper over the long term.
You have to GET MENTAL.
Your mentality is one of the largest factors in the success or failure of your goals.
Understand that you, not your thoughts are in control, but you have to grab hold of the reigns.
